VHAMBA Foundation operates under the oversight of a dedicated Board of Trustees, consisting of leaders from the business, education, and social sectors. The Foundation ensures ethical governance, transparency, and compliance with South African nonprofit regulations.

The Board is responsible for strategic direction, program approval, monitoring, and evaluation. Day-to-day operations are managed by the Foundation’s Executive Director and project managers, supported by volunteers and partner organizations.

We welcome partnerships with businesses, government departments, schools, and NGOs that share our vision of building stronger, more self-reliant communities. Together, we can expand our impact and create meaningful change for generations to come
